Refund requests for scheduled online sessions may be considered if the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. If a session has already started, has been completed, or you fail to attend without timely notice, the session is generally non-refundable.
3. Packages
Package refunds are reviewed based on unused sessions only. Completed sessions are not refundable. Any refund for a partially used package may be calculated by subtracting the standard single-session value of completed sessions and any applicable administrative or payment processing costs.

Digital downloads, guide packages, templates, worksheets, and other instantly accessible digital materials are generally non-refundable once access has been provided or the file has been delivered, except where required by law.
