Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

1. Overview

This Policy explains how cancellations, missed sessions, and rescheduling requests are handled for Craftivara Timber online woodworking sessions, coaching, consultations, project reviews, and package sessions.

2. Rescheduling Notice

You may request to reschedule an online session by contacting us at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. We will make reasonable efforts to offer another available time.

3. Late Rescheduling

Requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time may be treated as a late cancellation. We may, at our discretion, allow one courtesy reschedule depending on availability and the circumstances.

4. Client Cancellations

If you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled session, you may request a reschedule or refund according to the Refund Policy. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the session, the session may be non-refundable.

5. Missed Sessions and No-Shows

If you do not attend a scheduled session and do not provide timely notice, the session may be considered completed and non-refundable. Package sessions may be deducted from your remaining balance.

6. Late Arrival

If you arrive late, the session may still end at the originally scheduled time. We are not required to extend the session or provide a partial refund for lost time caused by late arrival.

7. Craftivara Timber Cancellations

If we need to cancel or reschedule a session due to availability, technical issues, emergency, or other operational reasons, we will offer a reasonable rescheduling option or another appropriate remedy.

8. Technical Problems During Sessions

You are responsible for your internet connection, device, camera, microphone, and access to the session platform. If a technical issue on our side prevents the session from taking place, we will work with you to reschedule.

9. Package Expiration

Package sessions should be used within a reasonable period unless a specific expiration period is stated at the time of purchase. Unused sessions may not be refundable after long periods of inactivity.
